TEAM COACHES

CCA is looking for a Cross Country Coach and Cheer Coach for the upcoming fall season! Cross Country is a co-ed sport for students in 2nd–8th grade, and Cheer is for girls in K–6th grade. If you’re a parent, or know someone, with a passion for athletics, mentoring young people, and helping students grow in their faith through sports, we’d love to hear from you! Contact Athletic Director, David Sutton, at GoMavericks@discovercca.org

REFEREES NEEDED

Starting this year, the athletic league requires that all referees for our games must be certified.  We are looking for 1 referee for Flag Football and 2 for Middle School Basketball – these are paid positions.  The Flag Football referee will be able to take an online course.  The league is putting on a workshop for the basketball referees on Saturday October 24th.  Please contact David Sutton at dsutton@discovercca.org if you are interested.

HAVE YOU REVIEWED THE ACTIVE SHOOTER VIDEO?

We ask that all Parent Partners, Substitutes, and Elective Teachers watch this training BEFORE serving on campus: https://navigate360.com/alice-for-family-and-community/  If you are serving on campus, you need to know what to do in an emergency.
