CCA Staff Training & Benefits Information

All of your required annual training in one convenient location.

Mandatory Training

Quarter 1:

  1. DO ALICE Training – All staff on campus
    *Due by July 30, 2025 for new staff
    *Due by August 1, 2025 for all returning staff 
    *All Teachers/Staff Lockdown Drill Training: August 1st – This includes Support Staff

    Returning Staff – recertification 30-minutes only
    New Staff – One-Hour Class

    – Under “New Assigned Courses” you should see “Alice for Schools”
    – The class is approximately one hour for new and thirty minutes for recertification. You can start and come back to it.
    – Complete the course before the in-person training session if you are new.
    – You may take any of the optional classes you want.

  2. Abuse Training – All staff with direct student contact.
    *Due by August 31, 2025

  3. Standards of Ethics – All staff with direct student contact.

Aflac:

We will have a representative from Aflac who will give a brief overview during orientation and will be available to answer questions. Our representative will be back on campus Friday, August 1st for individual meetings. If you are a new employee, a meeting with the representative is required by law. A sign-up sheet will be available on Friday for those individual meetings.
