PEP NEW AND RENEWAL APPLICATIONS
New and renewal applications for the PEP scholarship for the 2026-27 school year open on February 1st. The deadline to submit for the PEP application is April 30th. You do not have to submit your norm reference testing until the spring. If your student is in K-2nd grade, we will be sending you more information about administering testing at home. Testing for all other grades is completed on campus like usual.
BAKE SALE
House Council is holding a Bake Sale February 2nd and 4th during lunch with proceeds going toward their Spring Formal. All baked goods will be sold for $1 each. Gluten-free items will be available.
CLASS GUIDANCE MEETING
SCHOOL WIDE PICTURE – EARLY ARRIVAL
Wednesday, February 4, is our school-wide photo. Students should wear their school uniform. Upper school students need to arrive by 8:10 and lower school students by 8:15. This will give us time to take the pictures without interfering with the school day.
SUPPLIES – REAMS OF PAPER STILL NEEDED
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who has so generously donated classroom supplies—we are truly grateful for your kindness and support. We are still in need of reams of paper for class materials, which play an important role in creating a successful and engaging learning experience. Donations may be dropped off at the front desk at your convenience. Thank you for your continued support of our classroom!

Sign up by February 7th! Sign-ups are now open for all soccer programs from bittyball minis (K-2nd) and mighties (3rd to 5th) through MS soccer (5th to 8th).. HISTORY DAY
History Day is coming up on February 13th from 8:45am to 12:00pm! This much-anticipated event brings history to life for our students, and we can’t do it without our families. At least one parent is required to help with setup on February 12 at 12:30 PM and to participate in costume during History Day itself. If you don’t have a job, please contact your house leader to see how you can help. Completing your required service hours is essential to our community. To avoid a fine, please be sure to coordinate with your leader to fulfill your hours.

CONTINUOUS ENROLLMENT
Sunday, February 15, is the deadline to notify CCA in writing of any enrollment changes for the upcoming school year. To make a change, for a withdrawal OR change in Track Program, please email Shawna Ritter at sritter@discovercca.org or meet with an administrator.
