ILLNESS REMINDER

CONTINUOUS ENROLLMENT

Friday, February 28, is the deadline to notify CCA in writing of any enrollment changes for the upcoming school year. To make a change, you can email Shawna Ritter at sritter@discovercca.org or meet with an administrator.

You will be notified ASAP if there is room for your new, additional student(s). Returning families will receive priority placement in our Wait Pool if necessary. On March 1, currently enrolled families become financially responsible for the 2025-2026 school year, and pay a deposit of $175 per student.

NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY CRAYON DRIVE

NHS is hosting a Crayon Drive in April, but we want to give families a heads-up now! A flyer will go out on February 28th for those who’d like to collect used crayons (the well-used, broken, and flat ones!) from churches, friends, or elsewhere. Here’s the fun part—this drive counts for house points! Crayons will be weighed daily with points awarded for the heaviest crayon collection. Get ready to start gathering those crayons!

PEP NEW AND RENEWAL APPLICATIONS

The deadline to submit new and renewal applications is April 30. You do not have to submit your norm reference testing until the spring. If your student is in K-2nd grade, we will be sending you more information about administering a testing at home. Testing for all other grades is completed on campus like usual.

CCA EMPLOYMENT

MARCH BEFORE SCHOOL CARE

The deadline to sign up for March Before School Care is February 26th. The cost for March is $31.50. *6th-12th grade students can be dropped off as early as 7:15 AM. *KP – 5th grade students can be dropped off as early as 8:00AM. If you have a student in both upper and lower school, you can drop students off at upper school time, 7:15 AM. For help, contact Sarah Snyder at ssnyder@discovercca.org.
