If you ordered a house shirt or an additional CCA t-shirt for this school year, they will be distributed at the parent meeting on September 14.
We have our first field trip of the year! Lower school students will be visiting the North Fort Myers Fire Station. 2-day track will visit on Monday, September 28th at 10 AM. 3-day track will visit on Tuesday, September 29th at 10 AM or 12 PM. This is a free field trip, but you must sign up by Monday, September 21st. Please use this link to sign up.
House Council invites all 9th-12th students to a High School Hangout hosted at the Beck’s home on Friday, September 25, 6-9pm. You must sign up by September 24.
September 14th is the first mandatory parent meeting. This meeting is for parents only and at least one must attend.

Our first upper school House Day will be Wednesday, September 16. The House Day uniform is House t-shirt and uniform bottoms. Please refer to your schedule card for our adjusted class schedule. House games will take place on the turf area outside at 1:35pm. This is a great time of community-building and fun! May the best House win!
Picture day for all KP-11th grade students is fast approaching! 3-Day Track students will have their photos taken on Monday, 9/21, and 2-Day Track students will have their photos taken on Tuesday, 9/22. Students may dress down in the clothing of their choice following the guidelines in the Dress Code.

Come cheer on your Maverick Volleyball Team during their home games on 9/15, 9/17, and 9/22. All games start at 4:30 right here on campus.
Come cheer on your Maverick Flag Football Team during their away games on 9/15 at Crestwell, 9/17 at Heritage Charter Academy, and 9/22 at Heritage Charter Academy. All games start at 4:30pm.
Starting this year, the athletic league requires that all referees for our games must be certified. We are looking for 2 for Middle School Basketball – these are paid positions. The league is putting on a workshop for the basketball referees on Saturday, October 24th. Please contact David Sutton at dsutton@discovercca.org if you are interested.
