CCA IS CLASSICAL

We believe that the most effective way to create both an academically rigorous and Christ-centered school is through the method known as the classical approach to education. Essentially, the classical approach uses the natural development of a child’s mind to systematically introduce information, teach critical thinking skills and emphasize the need to become thinkers and learners. Dual Enrollment, CLEP, and honors courses are offered in high school.

We provide a list of all curricula for each grade.

CCA IS CHRISTIAN

We are a covenant community. This means all of our families are involved in a local church, and at least one parent has accepted Jesus as their personal savior and is in agreement with our Statement of Faith. We are drawn together as a community by how we define church, home and school, and by the order in which we place the priority of these institutions. The decisions we make as a community are based on the spiritual and philosophical congruity represented in our faith, our families and our educational choices.

CCA IS AFFORDABLE

You can afford private school! Our average tuition rate is just over $5,500 per student, per year. Our tuition page has the specific details you need:

  • cost per grade

  • enrollment fees

  • a list of extras

  • scholarship details

We do not accept the McKay scholarship. We offer a privately-funded scholarship to help offset the costs of private, Christian education.

CCA IS FLEXIBLE

Our students attend on-campus classes every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. They learn new material at home every Tuesday and Thursday with lesson plans provided by their teachers. Within this structure, we offer a Flex Program for 7th-12th (like a college where you pick the classes you want to attend).

CCA IS FUN

We know that when the body is moving, the mind is grooving! Our Lower School students get two recess breaks every day - and Upper School gets one. (Yes, high schoolers like to play outside, too!) We offer fun elective options and sports teams for KinderPrep through middle school students. In addition, we schedule optional field trips every quarter.

CCA IS EXPERIENCED

CCA opened in 2004. We began as a Hybrid school and are experts at partnering with families. (This isn't something we started with the recent pandemic.)

We are accredited by Cognia, FCCPSA, and NCPSA, which means our curriculum and policies are overseen and approved by national and local agencies.

The average of our staff’s tenure is more than 6 years. Every staff member with school-aged students has chosen CCA as their place of work and their child's school home!

CCA IS FOR YOU

The best way to get to know us is to come and visit. We have a list of tour dates, but would also be happy to set up a private tour for you. We are a school - and love kids. Your students are welcome to join you!
