For the first time in the school’s history, Classical Christian Academy hosted live interviews on Facebook to help new families learn about our school. What was called “Blitz Week” took place over the week of July 13, 2020.
Rebecca Moldovan, Marketing Director for CCA, conducted five interviews – one each day. The interviews were designed to give the community an opportunity to get to know CCA in a new way.
The interviews featured the school’s staff, families and alumni. CCA wanted to give parents a whole picture of what being a CCA family looks like.
“We really wanted to show the heart of our school,” said Moldovan. “We recognize many families are seeking information about education options and we’d love CCA to be a contender as they look for a school for their children.”
The administrators explained how the school partners with parents and the importance of classical, Christian education. The families talked about their personal experiences and also explained the different types of support parents can expect in the Hybrid and Connections programs. The alumni highlighted some of their favorite experiences, but also spoke to how CCA prepared them for their post-high school endeavors.
“We’re really pleased with the results. The initial interview featuring our administrators had more than 1,500 views at the end of the day. For a school with about 60 families, that’s a significant reach. I think it shows people are looking at school options during COVID.”
